Delivery Information

We ship from the ranch on Monday or Tuesday only. Your order will go out as soon as we can confirm your delivery address and delivery time with you.  

Let me take a minute and explain how it works-If we receive your order by Friday and it has all the proper information, we should be able to ship to you on Monday.  However, if we receive your order on Monday, there is a chance that we may have to ship it out on the following Monday.  

The reason being, since we are a small, family owned & operated "working cattle ranch", that means that we are working-doing the chores, checking cattle, checking fence, moving cattle, checking water, you get the picture, & then doing it all over again.  

Plus, I am the one who puts the orders together, it is not automated. It is all done by me, and if I am swamped, then I am swamped. 

After I put your order together, prepare your invoice & contact you to confirm the delivery date.  On Monday or Tuesday, I pack it in ice & drive to town (an hour away) to get the dry ice (if needed) and take it to FedEx to ship it to you. 

When I prepare an order, I shop for you as if I am shopping for my own family.  I want you to be happy with every single package of our Grass Fed Beef.  Hopefully, this explains our shipping process.  If you have any other questions, you can always contact me at- sales@beyondorganicgrassfedbeef.com and I will be happy to give you more information.

It is important that we have a contact phone number on your order. If you do not include a phone number with your order, it will be held until we can contact you to obtain it.  

We ship FedEx. Orders are shipped driver release-no signature required.

This means that your package will be left at your delivery address, at a specified location, without obtaining a signature. This is to insure your package is delivered even if you have to run a quick errand and miss the FedEx truck.

All of our Grass Fed Beef is shipped frozen and packed with ice to maintain the proper temperature.  

Shipping prices on the PayPal buttons are FedEx 3-day, with dry ice & packaging included, other arrangements may be made either by email or phone.  ****These prices are due to go up because of the fuel surcharge that is being charged to us.  We have not been passing this along to the buyers but we will have to raise the shipping prices soon.
