About Us My name is Fred Nick and my wife Donna and I own the Nick Ranch. We are located in central California, a little over an hour inland from Morro Bay. This working cattle ranch has been in my family since 1918. Donna & I have been raising cattle for over 50 years. Now, with the help of our daughter, sons, grandchildren and even our great-grandchildren, we are raising and selling Certified Organic 100% Grass Fed Beef right off our ranch. We have always been very involved with local 4-H, FFA and other educational youth activities. We also are active members of organizations that are developing more sustainable agricultural programs for farmers & ranchers to help everyone across the country. Family is very important to us. We like spending time with our friends and our family while having large grass fed beef barbecues and visiting with one another here at the ranch. We want your families to be able to enjoy the same health benefits that ours enjoy by eating the same grass fed beef that we do.
